The American Human Rights Council offers internships to high school and college students who are interested in human rights and community service. Interns can be part of various projects related to human rights, in general, and prisoners rights, and affairs, in particular. The intern students may earn school credit, community service credit, student stipends, or whatever opportunities become available in recognition of their service.
