Today, Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 9:15p.m., a private Ramadan “Iftar Dinner –Break the Fast” will be hosted by the Islamic Center of Detroit (ICD). The “Iftar Dinner” will host Mike Duggan, Mayor of the City of Detroit in addition to invited community leaders, clergy, and representatives from community based organizations. The “Iftar Dinner” is a traditional way to break bread in the spirit of advancing the common good and the message of hope, love, peace cooperation and unity.
