On Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.,
the Michigan Muslim Community Council (MMCC) will be hosting its annual Capitol Day in Lansing, Michigan’s State Capitol. Registered members will meet their elected officials and discuss important issues. Participants will have the opportunity to attend Michigan State House and Senate sessions. It is a day of action and constructive engagement with the state’s elected officials.
The American Human rights Council (AHRC-USA)  calls for active participation on this important day in Lansing. This is the time for all community members to effectively engage with our state lawmakers about issues and interests that embrace our rich American diversity. It is a time for community members to come together as citizens to advance our common humanity.
